Exciting News for CoreDial: New SIP Endpoint Configuration Management, Mass Provisioning Software and More

CoreDial, a provider of SMB Hosted IP Phone (News - Alert) Systems (PBX) and Business quality Voice Over IP (VoIP) services, works to provide easy and cost-efficient ways for businesses to upgrade and outsource their current phone system while leveraging the plentiful benefits that only high-quality VoIP services can offer. The company today revealed its newest enhancement – its advanced SIP endpoint configuration management and mass provisioning software, which will ultimately enable the company’s partners to customize and mass provision configurations for all manufacturers’ SIP or IP telephone devices, as well as adapters and softphone clients.


Alan Rihm, CEO of CoreDial, elaborated on how the new set of capabilities which accompany this release will help add control and provide increased flexibility and scalability for its partners. “We are committed to helping our partners succeed, and this empowers them to deliver precisely the configurations their customers are requesting,” he said in a statement. “We’re providing our partners with a cutting edge, easy-to-use, scalable platform and process designed to make service delivery and management extremely simple and quick.”

Even better, these new enhancements come at no extra cost for CoreDial partners. This new release works to ease the limitations and/or restrictions found by platform providers when trying to quickly and seamlessly configure and provision new customers using pre-configured settings, or custom configurations based on their preferred settings.

Furthermore, they can add support for new manufacturers and models of devices or softphones, a statement explains, meaning that partners can deliver the best product and service for their customers, guaranteed.

 In other exciting news, CoreDial will be exhibiting at the highly anticipated ITEXPO WEST 2012. Taking place October 2-5 in Austin, Texas, ITEXPO (News - Alert) is self-described as “the only place you’ll get the broad picture, as well as in depth-details.” Enterprise, government and SMB end users, resellers, service providers, manufacturers, developers, media and analysts are united for a full week packed with business-building, research and developmental insights, as well as conference sessions, demo products and live services and tutorials on the floor.
