Grudi Associates Utilizing New Fiber-Optic Telecom and SIP Trunking

All over the world, experts believe that SIP (Session Initiation Protocol (News - Alert)) trunking is the future of voice services delivery. Old POTS systems, TDM switches and copper cable are quickly being replaced as they deteriorate and are made outdated by VoIP technology. SIP trunking is replacing conventional analog service, just as fiber-based service is increasingly being deployed instead of copper cable wherever it is possible and economical.

Realizing this, Grudi Associates has revealed that it’s making use of SIP trunking over new fiber-based telecom cables. According to the company, this helps users in changing old POTS systems, copper cable and TDM switches with extremely beneficial voice-over IP (VoIP) technology.

According to Grudi, there are various benefits for companies if they make the move to SIP trunking, including single voice & data connection, where voice and data can be carried on the same internet or private IP network connection the same time. According to the company, this adds efficiency, enhanced capabilities and economy.

“The advantages of SIP trunking are extensive; from number portability, scalability and multisite connectivity to management flexibility, route diversity and cost-effectiveness,” explained Walt Grudi, president of Grudi Associates, a leading provider of telecom and IT services in Central PA and beyond in a statement. “It is the unquestionably the future of voice service delivery. The rapid expansion and growing cost-effectiveness of fiber-based telecom is unleashing the full power of SIP trunking for many businesses.”

Recently, the company announced that it was also making use of various new teleconferencing features to help users simply and easily interconnect with the help of dependable, affordable conferencing services. The extensive advantages range from improved relationships and better service to enhanced efficiency, quicker response times and bigger bottom lines. There is also an increasingly enhanced environmental advantage.
