To learn more about SIP technology and SIP-related success stories, the SIP Forum (News - Alert) holds an annual SIP Network Operators Conference, SIPNOC 2013, functioning as a three-day educational conference focused on the challenges and opportunities related to the deployment of SIP-based carrier services globally, a statement explains.
Now, it has been revealed that a call for presentations has been extended throughout the end of the month to February 28 for the event being held at the Hyatt Dulles Hotel in Herndon, VA from April 22 to 25, 2013.
As a presenter, a company or organization will be highlighting the use of SIP in service provider environments, said statement continues, adding, “Operators are encouraged to present SIP-related success stories, deployment issues and concerns in their networks, while equipment vendors and other industry stakeholders are invited to work with operators to present real-world deployment experiences.”
The conference will also come fully stocked, providing telecommunications providers, major backbone operators, interconnect and wholesale solution providers, ISPs and more with workshops, panels and speaker presentations and sessions addressing the deployments of SIP in service provider environments.
